Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 June 2026
These terms govern your use of BizEdge. BizEdge is operated from Australia by the registered owner of the bizedge.com.au domain; ABN and full legal entity details appear on every Stripe invoice we issue and may also be requested at hello@bizedge.com.au. By signing up or using BizEdge, you accept these terms.
1. The service
BizEdge helps Australian tradies and local-service businesses get found by local customers. Get Found, the live plan, includes a managed website we build for you, Australian hosting, a .com.au domain registered in your name (your ABN), your Google Business Profile and local SEO set up, location pages for the suburbs you work, ongoing maintenance, and a monthly audit of what is working and what to fix. Every plan runs on Edge, an agentic assistant that does the work and proposes the next move for you to approve.
2. Your account
- You must be authorised to act for the business you sign up.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One subscription covers one business (one ABN).
3. Pricing & billing
- Get Found is $149/mo + GST ($163.90 inc. GST), billed monthly via Stripe. It is the only module available to purchase today.
- Founding rate on Get Found is $89/mo + GST ($97.90 inc. GST), available for a limited time and locked for life for as long as your subscription stays active. It does not revert to the list rate.
- Reach Out and Complete are coming soon and are not yet available to purchase. Indicative pricing shown on the site may change before launch.
- Cancel any month. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period.
- We don't lock you into annual contracts and we don't charge setup fees.
4. Customer messaging on your behalf
When BizEdge sends SMS or email to your customers, it does so under your authority and your business identity. You authorise us to act as your sender. Every message includes the opt-out mechanism required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and we honour STOP/unsubscribe requests immediately. You remain responsible for the legality of your customer list and the suitability of each campaign you approve. Campaigns never send without your explicit approval, and we keep a record of each approval. If you ask us to set up a dedicated Australian number for your business, you authorise us to submit your ABN and registered business name to our SMS provider for that registration, and we keep a record of that authorisation too.
5. Your data
- You own your data. We hold it on your behalf to provide the service.
- You can export everything as CSV at any time.
- Hosting is in AWS Sydney (via Supabase). See our Privacy Policy for details.
- We don't sell your data and we don't train third-party AI models on it without your explicit consent.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BizEdge to:
- Send messages to people who haven't had a prior business relationship with you, or who have opted out.
- Operate someone else's business without their authority.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
- Anything illegal under Australian or applicable law.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, breach of these terms, or activity that puts the integrity of the service or other customers at risk. You may cancel any time from your account settings. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
8. Warranties & liability
BizEdge is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about specific outcomes (review counts, lead volume, revenue uplift). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; if changes are material, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
10. Contact
