BizEdge makes sure Aussie tradies never lose a job to a call they could not take: sparkies, plumbers, chippies, builders, landscapers, painters, mobile mechanics, and the rest of the trades where the work comes down the phone.
We sell one thing. You forward the calls you don't answer to your BizEdge number, the caller gets a text back in seconds with your name and your business, and their number lands on your phone so you can ring them when you are off the tools. It is $49 a month plus GST, month to month, and the billing only starts once it has caught your first missed call. That is the only thing we sell.
Why we exist
The tradies who need more work are the ones bleeding money on pay-per-lead sites, paying for leads that go to five other blokes and getting locked into contracts they can't escape. That's a rort. You shouldn't have to rent your own customers. The calls already coming to your own number are the cheapest work you will ever win, so we started with the ones you were losing.
What we won't do
- Lock you into annual contracts. Month to month, cancel any time.
- Bill you before it has worked. Charging starts at your first text back.
- Sell or share your customer data. Ever.
- Auto-send messages to your customers without your approval.
- Pretend to be a CRM. Keep Tradify or AroFlo for jobs and invoices.
